Who is Warren Barton?

Warren Barton was a versatile defender, known for his attacking prowess, who played primarily in the Premier League. He began his career at Maidstone United before moving to Wimbledon, where he became a key player and helped them achieve consistent success in the top flight. In 1995, he made a high-profile move to Newcastle United, joining Kevin Keegan's "Entertainers" and coming close to winning the Premier League title. He also played for Derby County and Queens Park Rangers, and had a brief return to Wimbledon. Barton earned three caps for England. After retiring, he transitioned into coaching and punditry, notably working as a television pundit for Fox Sports in the United States.
